Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in Massachusetts, responsible for expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both consumer and business outreach

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth preferred
• Proven success in developing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
