Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and lead a marketing team to drive engagement and access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions for behavioral health services
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies while collaborating with referral partners and community organizations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and leading a marketing team
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
