Job Summary
Providing 8x5 remote help desk support, the contract Help Desk Specialist in Massachusetts will manage user onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain ticketing and reporting metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote help desk support to end users for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Onboard and offboard users while troubleshooting various software and hardware issues
- Maintain tickets, track SLAs, and report on support metrics
Required qualifications
- Experience providing help desk support in MSP or public-sector environments
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to respond onsite occasionally when requested
