Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR roadmap actions
- Execute cyclical HR processes including compensation planning and performance reviews
- Support and coach managers on talent management and performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience in complex organizations
- Experience working with an HRIS system is required
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, particularly in Massachusetts
- High level of competence in data analytics for informed decision-making
- Experience resolving employee relations issues with a solid understanding of relevant policies and practices
