Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR roadmap actions
  • Execute cyclical HR processes including compensation planning and performance reviews
  • Support and coach managers on talent management and performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience in complex organizations
  • Experience working with an HRIS system is required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, particularly in Massachusetts
  • High level of competence in data analytics for informed decision-making
  • Experience resolving employee relations issues with a solid understanding of relevant policies and practices
