Massachusetts Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

Providing customer service and support, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Account Representative will assist Producers and the service team with existing accounts, solicit new business, and manage the renewal process for expiring policies in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Package and market applications to various carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices and coverage
• Manage the renewal process for expiring policies and respond to client accounting inquiries
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients while ensuring compliance with agency management system data standards

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 - 4 years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license and completion of one insurance class required
• Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
