Massachusetts Licensed Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, a Massachusetts Licensed Accountant will manage full cycle accounting, including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting, while collaborating with financial and property managers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting, including the analysis of accounts and preparation of financial reporting packages
• Research and analyze financial data using management tools and spreadsheets, while effectively communicating accounting issues
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensure compliance with financial policies

Required qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• One to three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software preferred
• Strong Excel and data analytic skills required
