Job Summary

Leading the budgeting, financial planning, and accounting functions, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and control of the annual budget, provide financial analysis to executive leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the general ledger and accounting records
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making and monitor compliance with budgets
  • Establish system controls for new financial systems and improve existing operational procedures
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting functions
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools
