Massachusetts Licensed Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join their Corporate Actuarial department, either remotely or in a hybrid role based in Worcester, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of deliverables and accountability for deadlines related to the financial quarterly close
• Monitor reserve adequacy and communicate trends to executive leadership
• Explore ways to improve processes and enhance efficiencies within the actuarial function

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Knowledge of fundamental actuarial concepts and methods
• Experience in performing detailed analysis related to reserving processes
• Ability to collaborate with various departments, including Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Finance, and Accounting
• Experience in a role that involves exposure to executive leadership
• Participation in community recruiting and/or training activities may be required
