Massachusetts Licensed Actuarial Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Director to manage a team of pricing actuaries within their Personal Lines actuarial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of actuarial analysts, ensuring execution of deliverables
• Oversee analysis in support of personal lines pricing strategy and provide rate recommendations
• Drive innovation and enhance performance tracking within the Personal Lines state pricing team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant technical field
• Seven+ years of technical experience in multiple LOB and/or actuarial disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years in a management capacity
• ACAS required, FCAS preferred
• Intermediate programming skills and advanced skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel
