Massachusetts Licensed Actuarial Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Director to manage a team focused on profitability analytics in the Personal Lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of actuarial analysts, ensuring effective execution of deliverables and team growth
• Forecast and monitor loss and premium trends using internal and external data
• Communicate technical analysis and profitability insights to business partners and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant technical field
• Seven+ years of technical experience in multiple lines of business or actuarial disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years in a management capacity
• ACAS required, FCAS preferred
• Experience with predictive modeling preferred
