Job Summary

Leading financial strategies for large client engagements, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Actuarial Director will leverage extensive benefits financial and actuarial expertise to drive client action, enhance plan performance, and develop innovative financial solutions while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve performance
• Leads financial and actuarial engagements for medium to large clients, developing tailored strategies
• Drives revenue growth through the sales of additional actuarial and financial solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships effectively
• Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional)
