Job Summary
To support a high-impact Actuarial team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Actuary III will provide actuarial analyses for a $1B Personal Lines Auto book of business, focusing on pricing strategies and profitability forecasts in a hybrid/remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the market by building deep expertise as the lead analyst for Massachusetts Personal Lines Auto
- Drive insights through actuarial analysis for rate changes and strategic initiatives, including pricing reviews and profitability forecasting
- Communicate findings clearly to peers and senior leadership while mentoring less experienced staff
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of actuarial personal lines pricing or related experience
- 5+ CAS exams passed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge in a specialized field
- Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize effectively
