Job Summary

To support online education, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Adjunct Instructor will teach synchronous courses in Social and Behavioral Sciences, plan engaging instruction, and ensure compliance with college policies while working remotely from Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities:

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams and engage students effectively
• Plan and organize instructional methods to accommodate diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with accreditation standards

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 18 units in the subject area
• Minimum of three years of experience in the field or two years of teaching experience
• Current certification in the subject being taught for Information Technology Instructors
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and online learning technologies
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and inclusive teaching practices
