Job Summary

To support a growing virtual program, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Adolescent Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with families and outpatient providers.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents
  • Serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Participating in discharge and aftercare planning, including therapeutic meal support
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
