Massachusetts Licensed After Hours RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Registered Nurse (MNA) on a per diem basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions
• Deliver patient care in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management
• Conduct telephone triage, escalate concerns, and support clinical team with ongoing care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing
• Current, unrestricted license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Computer experience and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Up to date with current standards of nursing care in specialty
