Job Summary
To support a leading digital clinic for substance addictions, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Alcohol Counselor will provide weekly counseling through various communication methods, onboard users with assessments, and utilize AI-native tools to enhance member care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide counseling to members via text, video calls, and phone calls to monitor recovery progress
- Onboard users with initial assessments and gather relevant behavioral health history
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and provide feedback for product development
Required qualifications
- Active Massachusetts credential in good standing as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
- Proficient with Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Relapse Prevention techniques
- Comfortable working in an AI-augmented care environment
