Massachusetts Licensed APP Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an APP Team Lead, Advanced Therapeutics CMB/MWL.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coordinate the hiring and training of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Develop and manage schedules for APPs, ensuring adequate coverage and support for clinical staff
• Coordinate professional development and performance reviews for APPs while ensuring compliance with billing procedures

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field, including Physician Assistant
• Current Massachusetts licensure
• Certification as Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant with controlled substance authorization
• BLS and ACLS certifications as required by the department
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience with direct patient management
