Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health team, the part-time, temporary-to-permanent Massachusetts Licensed Assessment Coordinator will interview and assess potential patients, manage patient financial data, and initiate referral processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and assessments of potential patients and inquiry callers
- Collaborate with the Business Office regarding patient financial information
- Initiate the referral process and communicate with referral sources as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- MSW, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred
- 3 to 5 years of direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting
- Knowledge of the Addiction & Recovery field and experience in clinical interviewing and patient assessment
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
