Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health team, the part-time, temporary-to-permanent Massachusetts Licensed Assessment Coordinator will interview and assess potential patients, manage patient financial data, and initiate referral processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of potential patients and inquiry callers
  • Collaborate with the Business Office regarding patient financial information
  • Initiate the referral process and communicate with referral sources as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • MSW, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting
  • Knowledge of the Addiction & Recovery field and experience in clinical interviewing and patient assessment
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
