Massachusetts Licensed Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

Providing customer service and supporting Producers, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Assistant Account Manager will service existing accounts, solicit new business, and manage the renewal process for expiring policies in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Package and market applications to various carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
• Manage the renewal process for expiring policies and review client accounting history to address discrepancies
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients, and participate in client meetings to discuss coverage strategies

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four (4) or more years of related work experience
• Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
