Massachusetts Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to support its New England asbestos practice group.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle local and national accounts throughout New England states
• Independently manage a litigation caseload and conduct depositions
• Prepare court filings, responses to discovery requests, and support trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in MA; admission in other New England states preferred
• Experience with motion practice and depositions
• Capable of independent work and maintaining organized and efficient workflows
