Job Summary
To support a dynamic litigation team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Associate Attorney will manage a diverse defense caseload involving general liability, product liability, and toxic torts while working remotely within New England.
Key responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and substantive legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
- Manage discovery and develop case strategy while communicating with clients and opposing counsel
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in defense litigation, particularly in general liability, toxic tort, or product liability
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island required; admission in multiple jurisdictions is preferred
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Proven ability to handle motion practice and client communications independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, client-focused approach
