Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Associate Broker (Hybrid or Remote ET).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis of clients' or prospects' existing programs and formulate recommendations for customized risk solutions
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive financial outcomes and enhance client product density
• Support the team in developing client diagnostics and assist with proposal development for existing and prospective clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• P&C License required
• Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
• Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g. CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus
