Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide transactional legal support through drafting and negotiating various agreements
• Collaborate with the Market Finance team on capital expense requests and documentation
• Review local market Board of Directors governance materials and agreements for ACO programs

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of transactional law experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate agreements and build relationships with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Value-Based Care, Medicare Advantage Organizations, and relevant laws
• Ability to exercise leadership and work proactively with minimal supervision
• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
