Massachusetts Licensed Associate Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Supporting the successful implementation and adoption of data solutions, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Associate Solutions Architect will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client support in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to guide clients through the technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares
- Act as a post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues and recommending best practices to maximize the value of Lightcast solutions
- Lead client kickoff meetings and ongoing technical discussions to ensure effective adoption of solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 0-3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles
- Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments; experience with Python is a plus
- Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly
- Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI to enhance workflows
