Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed BCBA will provide high-quality ABA services, conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families and external providers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments via telehealth and in-person
- Develop focused Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with families and external providers to ensure consistent and effective care delivery
Required qualifications
- Must hold a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and maintain Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analyst licensure (LABA)
- Master's Degree in a related mental health field
- At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Ability to train and support staff in implementing behavior plans in clinic settings
- Must be at least 21 years old; Spanish or Portuguese speaking is preferred
