Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching while working 50% remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors, ensuring effective implementation of treatment
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide ongoing parent support and coaching
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
