Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Behavioral Health Program Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recommends and implements strategic initiatives for provider quality performance and value-based payment opportunities
Provides consultation on behavioral health clinical management needs and strategies related to contract deliverables
Leads the BH Quality and BH Provider Performance teams to improve health outcomes and prevent hospital readmissions

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or a related field
5+ years of behavioral health specific healthcare or managed care experience
Experience in vendor or contract management
In-depth knowledge of clinical behavioral health quality management
Experience with Medicaid populations
