Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Behavioral Health UM and Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure workflow processes are completed within required timeframes
• Develop, implement, and manage Behavioral Health initiatives and projects to achieve organizational goals
• Hire, train, and supervise staff while monitoring performance and providing feedback

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in Behavioral Health management or related field
• Knowledge of federal, state, and national regulations related to Behavioral Health
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance improvement
• Experience with data analysis and reporting for compliance and performance metrics
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
