Massachusetts Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager to develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal Medicare and Medicaid regulations for behavioral health clinical programs
• Oversee and audit all Medicare reporting related to behavioral health, reporting results to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Act as the primary contact for behavioral health member and provider issues, including escalations, and develop corrective action plans for non-compliance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required
• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred
• 5-7 years of related Medicare and/or Medicaid health insurance experience required
• 3-5 years of compliance experience within a regulatory framework required
• 2-3 years of managed care or managed behavioral healthcare experience, including data analysis and reporting processes required
