Massachusetts Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To oversee clinical and administrative operations, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage a behavioral health team, focusing on high-quality care for complex populations and driving process improvements, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the behavioral health team's contribution to reducing overall care costs through effective interventions and high-quality care
• Monitor team productivity, key metrics, and ensure adherence to centralized model expectations
• Provide clinical supervision for staff pursuing independent licensure and assist with training for outreach and behavioral health specialists

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Active LICSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, or equivalent independent license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience post-Master's Degree, with at least 3 years in behavioral health management
• Experience in behavioral health leadership, particularly with substance use disorders and serious mental illness
• Strong background in business operations within the behavioral health field
