Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Associate in the Insurance Industry for a temporary to permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from agents, policyholders, and field representatives in a call center environment
- Manage an individual diary of pending items requiring follow-up via email or outbound phone calls
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for agents and policyholders regarding insurance policies and billing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment; call center experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient with personal computers and standard business software
- Ability to commit to the entire virtual training program
- Experience with remote work and a stable internet connection is preferred
