Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Associate in the Insurance Industry for a temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from agents, policyholders, and field representatives in a call center environment
  • Manage an individual diary of pending items requiring follow-up via email or outbound phone calls
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for agents and policyholders regarding insurance policies and billing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment; call center experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient with personal computers and standard business software
  • Ability to commit to the entire virtual training program
  • Experience with remote work and a stable internet connection is preferred
