Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

Supporting employees throughout the leave of absence process, the remote Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager will manage a caseload involving workers' compensation, disability, and workplace accommodations while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee leave cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and cross-functional partners throughout the leave lifecycle
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate leave administration and monitor workers' compensation cases

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in leave of absence, workers' compensation, or employee case management
• Working knowledge of federal and state leave regulations
• Experience coordinating with third-party administrators and HR teams
• Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems
