Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

To support employee leaves of absence and related programs, the remote contract Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager will manage cases, coordinate with third-party administrators, and educate employees and managers on leave policies while working 40 hours per week for approximately 18 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee leave of absence cases from start to finish
• Coordinate with third-party leave administrators on various leave and accommodation programs
• Educate employees and managers on leave policies and processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous Case Management or Absence Management experience
• Experience administering Leave of Absence and Workers' Compensation cases
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability programs
• Experience working with HRIS, Kronos, or similar systems preferred
