Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

To support employees during challenging times, the part-time Leave of Absence Case Manager will manage and track leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and accommodations while working remotely from Boston, MA for approximately 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track leaves of absence and workers' compensation in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and third-party administrators to facilitate communication and case management
• Educate and assist managers with leave processes, time entry, and return-to-work planning

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of leave management, workers' compensation, and disability programs
• Experience in administrative support, case management, and compliance with federal/state laws
• Effective communication skills with employees, managers, and third parties
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality
• Flexibility to work varying hours and handle sensitive situations professionally
