Job Summary
To support employees throughout the leave of absence process, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager will manage a caseload of employee leave, workers' compensation, and disability cases while ensuring compliance and providing guidance in a remote role with approximately 20 hours of work per week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee leave of absence, workers' compensation, and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and stakeholders, providing support throughout the leave lifecycle
- Process leave requests, maintain documentation, and coordinate with various departments to facilitate leave administration
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in leave of absence, workers' compensation, or employee case management
- Working knowledge of federal and state leave regulations
- Experience coordinating with third-party administrators and HR teams
- Proficiency with HRIS, timekeeping, and case management systems
