Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

To support its Absence Management team, the part-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Case Manager will coordinate employee leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, and workers' compensation cases while managing a caseload and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding leaves of absence and disability benefits
• Provide comprehensive case management throughout an employee's leave or workplace injury
• Coordinate with third-party administrators to ensure accurate processing of leave and workers' compensation cases

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience required
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience required
• Experience administering FMLA, state PFML programs, or workers' compensation preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state laws concerning employee leaves and workplace accommodations
• Experience with Kronos and Workday systems preferred
