Massachusetts Licensed Claim Representative

Job Summary

To support the claims process, the remote Associate Claim Representative, Outside Property will participate in structured training and manage 1st party property claims while working in the greater Worcester area of Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers

Required qualifications

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory in Massachusetts
• Completion of an online pre-employment assessment is required
• Willingness to engage in both virtual and on-the-job training
• Ability to analyze relevant documents impacting claims
• Strong interest in developing skills in claims handling and customer service
