Job Summary

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time TPA Claims Specialist III will manage Workers' Compensation claims, utilizing advanced knowledge of claims processes and advocating for clients while working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjust and manage Workers' Compensation claims, including determining compensability and negotiating settlements
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate claim reviews and resolutions
• Analyze claims in accordance with TPA best practices and prepare high-quality documentation for stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-15 years of Workers' Compensation claims experience
• High school diploma or graduate equivalent degree required; college degree preferred
• Expertise in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven negotiation and organizational skills
