Job Summary

Experienced casualty claims professionals will find a hybrid or remote opportunity as a Massachusetts Licensed Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex Bodily Injury, No-Fault, Med Pay, UM/UIM, and fraud-related claims while ensuring outstanding customer service and collaborating with legal and investigative partners.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage a diverse caseload of casualty claims through detailed investigations and analysis of policy coverage
• Develop effective claim strategies, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate reserves while managing claim expenses
• Oversee litigation matters, direct defense counsel, and ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 2+ years of casualty claims handling experience, including Bodily Injury and related coverages
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Experience interpreting insurance policies and applicable statutes
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses
