Job Summary
Managing low-complexity Massachusetts first-party auto claims, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Claims Representative will own each claim from start to finish while working in a hybrid environment, with three days remote and two days in the office each week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve first-party auto claims that meet Express channel criteria, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolutions
- Document coverage verification accurately and utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency in claims handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet key performance metrics and maintain high customer service standards
Required qualifications
- Typically 0-2 years of related experience, or an associate degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Knowledge of basic auto policy coverages and exclusions related to low-complexity claims
- Experience using Guidewire or similar claims management systems
- Ability to identify potential fraud indicators and respond appropriately
