Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead auditing and validation efforts to ensure clinical documentation accuracy and compliance
• Monitor team performance and workflow efficiency, providing feedback to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field with 5+ years of CDI experience
• Active RN license required; CCDS or CDIP certification preferred
• Advanced knowledge of CDI practices, coding guidelines (ICD-10), and DRG methodologies
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with clinical documentation systems
