Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Educator

Job Summary

To support the training and development of clinical staff, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Educator will ensure high-quality patient care through the education of new and existing employees, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site training sessions during weekdays.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement orientation and continuing education programs for clinical liaison staff and nursing employees
• Assess and improve the quality and effectiveness of educational materials and training programs
• Collaborate with management and outside resources to enhance staff training and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Current, active, valid nursing license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Minimum of four years' experience in nursing practice, preferably in hospital, home infusion, or home health settings
• Working knowledge of the Joint Commission accreditation process and HIPAA regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent organizational skills
