Job Summary

Managing after-hours clinical operations remotely, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee the Telecom department, ensuring quality patient care, safety compliance, and staff management while collaborating with leadership to drive operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee after-hours operations for Remote Telecom Adult/Pedi RN teams, dedicating 50% of time to administrative duties
• Lead quality and safety initiatives, addressing urgent issues and managing patient complaints
• Supervise clinical staff, conduct performance reviews, and oversee onboarding and training processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in a BSN program, with the ability to obtain the BSN within one year of hire
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven ability to collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Demonstrated commitment to collaboration and teamwork principles
