Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Operations, Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the execution of multiple clinical programs within a Therapeutic Area Unit
• Oversee budget planning, external spend, and ensure timely communication of program status to senior management
• Manage Strategic Partners and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 9+ years in clinical study management
• Experience in oncology and early phase or Phase 2 and 3 studies
• Expertise in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership and project/program management
