Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

To drive operational strategy and planning for clinical programs, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Operations Lead will collaborate with strategic partners, oversee clinical study execution, and ensure budget compliance while representing Clinical Operations at the Global Program Team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead program-level operational strategies in collaboration with Clinical Operations Managers and external partners
• Provide operational oversight to ensure timely and high-quality execution of clinical studies within budget
• Communicate program status and issues to senior management to facilitate timely decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, including 7+ years in clinical study/project management
• Experience with early phase clinical studies or later phase global programs
• Expertise in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research
• Demonstrated excellence in program management and matrix leadership skills
