Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist, Adv Therapeutics, Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management services including patient education and therapeutic plan development
• Ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications and maintain regulatory compliance
• Participate in research and education by precepting pharmacy students and preparing educational materials

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) with 3 years of hospital experience
• Licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy
• ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice (PGY1) is preferred
• Pharm.D. degree with a minimum of 1 year of hospital experience is preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
