Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with a MA License.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
• Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending changes as necessary
• Manage medication therapy, including comprehensive consultations and coordination with healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree required
• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts
• 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and specialty medications is preferred
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within an agreed timeframe
