Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist, Advanced Therapeutics/Biologics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews and adherence monitoring
• Ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications and supervise pharmacy technicians
• Conduct drug usage evaluations and manage medication inventory for cost-effective therapy

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) with 3 years of hospital experience
• Licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy
• Preferred ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice (PGY1)
• Preferred Pharm.D. degree with a minimum of 1 year of hospital experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements
