Job Summary

Providing patient-centered clinical pharmacy services, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will manage medication reviews, adherence monitoring, and disease management programs in a remote environment, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and document clinical interventions in the EHR
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications while supervising pharmacy technicians
  • Participate in educational activities, precept pharmacy students, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) with 3 years of hospital experience
  • Licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy
  • Preferred ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice (PGY1) or Pharm.D. with at least 1 year of hospital experience
