Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Remote Patient Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical and distributive medication management services and monitor patients in a specific unit or specialty service
  • Develop, administer, and improve ambulatory pharmacy programs and services, including independent drug use evaluations and clinic management
  • Coordinate continuing education activities for medical and nursing staff and precept pharmacy residents and students


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; Doctoral degree preferred
  • Registration as a Massachusetts Pharmacist required
  • 1-3 years of related work experience required
  • Completion of PGY1 accredited pharmacy residency or 3+ years of Clinical Pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
  • Must obtain one or more certifications (CSP, BCPS, BCACP) within 18 months of hire
